Our salt-free Mother Clucker Chicken Seasoning opens up with the musky, velvet smell of sage and grassy florals of thyme. Smoky ground peppers define the low notes of this blend, but they’re kept company by lively interplay with garlic and sweet onion. Peppery heat, from the chile peppers and from black pepper, assert themselves at the finish, in conjunction with marjoram’s sweet, bitter aroma and the floral top notes from black pepper.
